The same form entered twice at different levels — the ܡܳܢܰܘ case (pp. 165/167) with the levels swapped. And 'torture' now glosses two consecutive entries, ܫܢܕ and ܫܢܩ, which is the shard's thirtieth duplicate and its most literal.
