Four scripts on one line — Syriac, Greek, Arabic and Latin — and a new apparatus phrase, 'varia lectio'. It is also a fourth de Lagarde work (Semitica), after Orientalia, Mittheilungen and the bare 'de Lagarde' citations.
The variant reading is transcribed ܐܰܟܺܝܦ from a 1.75× read; five glyphs, and the third could be ܟ or ܒ. The Arabic ضعيف is legible and is recorded as printed. The equation is Nestle's, not ours.
