Originally: a one-line cross-reference between ܣܦܰܪ and ܣܳܩܽܘܪܳܐ, head ~7 glyphs ending ܠܳܐ, target 3 glyphs that first looked like ܣܟܠ (p. 173's root) — but ܣܟܠ cannot sit in this slot, so head and target contradicted each other and neither was written. A targeted high-zoom pass at ~12x now reads the target unambiguously as ܣܦܪ — NOT ܣܟܠ, a misreading at lower zoom — which means this line is a SELF-REFERENCE back to the ܣܦܪ root the entry itself sits inside (the root, glossed 'Schrift, Buch' etc., stands three lines above on the same half-page). That resolves the contradiction: shape, alphabetical logic and page context now all agree. The head (7 glyphs, ending in a lamadh-ascender + alaph peak — an abstract-noun pattern) is almost certainly a derived noun of that same root, plausibly 'authorship/scholarship', but its middle letters are not yet spelled with confidence, so per convention 5 the head stays unwritten. Only the head remains open.
