⭐ SQUARE brackets around the whole cross-reference: '[ܠܒܰܪ v. ܒܰܪ.]'. The shard's only previous square bracket was [ܝܠܠ] on p. 158, where it enclosed an unattested ROOT in the slot that normally takes round brackets. Two square-bracket sightings, two different jobs — so the open question ('is the bracket shape a distinction?') is now a question about THREE uses, not two. Still nobody's ruling.

uncertain yes

uncertain_note

A sublinear dot sits under the last letter of both forms at 3×. Read as rukkakha on the ܒ would be wrong (it is under the wrong letter); read as a dalath would give ܠܒܕ/ܒܕ, but ܠܒܶܕ 'condense' is a separate head-word one page earlier and the slot here (between ܠܒܢ and ܠܒܫ) fits ܠܒܪ exactly. Filed as ܠܒܰܪ on the slot, with the dot recorded rather than explained.
