CONFIRMED — Nöldeke's §168 paradigm uses the SAME lexeme (qṭal) and matches this record's cells closely in shape and pattern for all ten. The 3fp cell already flagged uncertain above is exactly the one cell where Nöldeke's own plate prints two dialectal variants side by side — his table independently corroborates that this cell is genuinely variable, not a reading error on this record's part.
Confirmation is at the shape/pattern level (person, number, general vocalization pattern), not a stroke-by-stroke diacritic diff against Nöldeke's plate — still short of a human Syriacist's adjudication.
